There is a mountain very high and bare...whereon it is given out that witches hold their dance on Walpurgis Night.

On Walpurgis Night (April 30th), in medieval times, the witches of old would fly in spirit, on “broomsticks”, to Brocken mountain in Germany to conduct their Sabbat, meet with the Devil, and dance in ritualistic ecstasy. It was an archaic shamanic practice that allowed them to ward off evil and induce greater supernatural powers... and not least (for the times) bring about good crops and abundance.
Echoing this practice I conduct a working that channels the spirit of a local medieval witch, who would have joined her sister witches at the Broken Sabbat.
Thus your intentions for this working might include:

Dead Man’s Grave
This site is about two miles walk across the Brecklands from All Saints at Icklingham, where I fix up the Walpurgis Night working. It’s a prehistoric mound, worn low by thousands of years of erosion. But the landscape memory remains.
Desolate, sandy soil, windswept trees, the feeling is of raw natural and time time when underworld entities held sway on the numinous.
A time when the ancient British shamans journeyed to the realms below, and when its denizens sporadically roamed the above-world.
As they still do… from neanderthal-like wild-people to reptilian creatures — all now neatly put under the label UAP, Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena… and apparently taken seriously by the powers-that-be as a threat to national defence.
In essence they fear the rise of the wild things, the creatures of old world magick.
Black Easter
Poetically-speaking, out of the depths of the Underworld, UAP is rising. It goes by many names. But it’s habitat is under stress and threat, thus it comes to the surface, flies in the air, swims undersea. While the crazed humans have their fingers on the button, itching to press it.
