Another common situation there.
You aren’t alone.
I’ve come across this kind of thing for years.
The game-play is two fold:
You need to block her negative energies, especially when around her.
Put up a psychic shield.
Do it once, then boost as necessary.
First off, relax your whole body.
Breathe in, then slowly out.
Cast your attention from head to toes.
You might feel a warm “buzz”.
That’s good.
Next you bring down light from above.
Let it flow through your body.
Then see/feel it expanding around you.
It’s like bolstering your etheric body.
This forms a “force field”.
So when you next see your antagonist, you won’t be impacted by her. You’ll stay calm and won’t be so easily ruffled.
That’s the strategic part.
Being able to stay calm around an antagonist.
Plus the psychic shield will stop her negativity transferring to you.
Now, if you want me to help my end, I can do a Distance Influence working to back her off, to nudge her attention away from you.
Because the funny thing is, if you can deflect an antagonist they’ll find other “fish to fry,” as they say.
If she still plays up I can always boost the Distance Influence to be more of a “shot across the bows”. Giving her a “slap” as people say here in Britain.
It’s basically a form of witchcraft, but mostly driven by Psi methods. Empty hand and quicker.
It’s really all about how malicious somebody is.
And some people can certainly be that.
Almost like they are possessed…
Often that is just some part of themselves, which grew out of past trauma or abuse.
But sometimes, well… one sees the activities of the unseen, call them UltraTerrestrials or spirits, it doesn’t matter.
Because, remember, we are just over three hundred years into the sci-tech world, but before that the science was magick, going back countless aeons.
Planet Earth remains haunted by denizens that live here, but somehow in parallel to our plane. And it’s on record how technology has been manipulated by these non-human intelligences — just one example is nuclear missile silos being turned on or off… with a luminous orb hovering nearby…
