I’ve finished Chains of the Sea.
And I can see why certain people quietly point toward it without ever explaining why.
It’s an obscure book. Or was.
Until Lou Elizondo started referencing it.
He’s former CIA.
A big part of the UFO Disclosure movement.
So it can be considered signal.
And once you read Chains of the Sea,
you realise — this isn’t entertainment science fiction.
It’s destabilising. But in a strange way… stabilising too.
Not fatalistic.
And the surprising thing is it came out in the early 1970s.
Yet it could have been written today.
