Courtwork Magick - the "Poor man's lawyer"
"Cops and judge will be crying cuz they couldn’t hold you," said Earl Marlowe.
Trinidadian rootworker, Earl Marlowe, featured in my Doktor Snake’s Voodoo Spellbook, often used to help people who had been wrongly or unjustly accused of criminal activities.
He used to say:
“If you don’t have two beans to rub together, and you’re facing a tough legal bust, a voodoo spell is the ‘poor man’s lawyer,’ and will help you get out of a fix.”
Courtwork magick offers the possibility of getting the police off your back, stopping a case going to trial, or even securing a release from prison after you’ve been convicted. In some cases, it beats what a regular lawyer can do, although you would be advised to have a lawyer on your case in conjunction with having a voodoo courtwork spell working 24/7 for you “behind the scenes.”
When people went to Earl asking for advice on how to employ voodoo to help sort out their legal problems, he would say:
“First thing to do is find a big old pine tree that has been struck by lightning. Dig out some splinters from the north side of the trunk. Throw the splinters into a skillet. When they get good and hot, take a lightly match to them and burn them to ashes.”
Earl then recommended that the ashes be put into a brown paper bag.
“Come midnight on the night before the trial, go outside and look up at the moon. Don’t say nothing. Just hold its gaze and connect with the lunar powers.”
After that, he advised getting up early the next morning and going down to the courthouse before anybody else gets there, and sprinkle the ashes around the doorway – emptying the paper bag right out.
“By doing this,” said Earl, “everybody that enters the courthouse door will warm to you and take your side. The case against you will be torn apart, just like the lightning tore the old pine tree apart. You’ll be set free and the cops and judge will be crying cuz they couldn’t hold you.”
Tyler deserved a second chance – and he got it with voodoo…
Tyler Anders (not his real name) was a big shot drug dealer who had seen the error of his ways. But was facing a big bust for his past activities. So he came to me for courtwork magick to make sure any sentence was as minimal as possible.
Tyler, you see, had already put plans into action to actually give back to the community. His repentance was genuine. And he was hoping my astral courtwork magick would allow him to keep his freedom to actually carry out his altruistic plans, which involved helping deprived kids in the inner-city area where he was based.
This was a few years back.
He called me some weeks before his trial, having been brought in by DEA agents. Things looked bad. Tyler was looking at more than a few years in the slammer.
To me, there was no two ways about it: Tyler deserved a second chance.
I said to Tyler:
“Let’s fix up some courtwork magick geared to get you the best result possible, get you the second chance you deserve. But you need to remember that the law is a powerful force in society, so we’re up against a leviathan, a big lumbering behemoth that’s hard to subdue. The idea of this type of magick is to get people rooting for you – especially the judge and jury. That way, you’re likely to get a lighter sentence, bearing in mind this is all about damage limitation – you aren’t likely to be miraculously found innocent…”
Within days, I fixed up the courtwork magick which involved performing a ritual at the witching hour out in the wilds of the countryside. During the ceremony I chanted in unknown tongues (the language of the spirits) and whirled around in frenzied trance, conjuring the “invisibles” who I petitioned to bring changes in the probability stream to bring Tyler the freedom he needed and deserved.
After that, it was just a question of waiting - a painful wait for Tyler. But he had a good lawyer behind him and some V8 numinous power from me.
Then came the big result.
Due to some technicality, which rendered certain critical evidence invalid, Tyler got off with community service, rather than a custodial sentence. Now Tyler is running his own auto repair firm and is doing a great deal for his local community.
