Moon Entity? Is this an off-worlder? An "Owl" being?

Is the above remote viewing sketch by Dark Angel an inhabitant of the Moon? I’ve spoken about how the Moon is hollow and is inhabited by what I call “off-worlders”. The term leaves it open to be either space aliens or inter-dimensionals, or a mix of both. Beings that are corporeal but also inhabiting other dimensions.
