This is one of the ways I do readings.
Somebody (or me) lays down a question or identifies a target.
I go into a meditative state (still mind) and use automatic drawing to gain insight.
The above is an example:
Are there aliens at the Mildenhall Triangle.
I knew the answer. But I will muse on it some more, anyway. Partly as I will head out this weekend to a few of the areas that I have seen and had close contact with UFOs and cryptids.
With the automatic drawing method, when done, you let your eyes drift over the resulting “drawing” and go into a dream-like state seeing what patterns you see and what enters your mind.
I often use this method with clients — depending on what answers or insight they need.

I've lived in what I call the "Mildenhall Triangle" for the last five years (West Suffolk, UK). UAP central — though the phenomena I have seen regularly could be military, what with the Mildenhall, Lakenheath, Feltwell RAF-USAF bases being nearby.

Was hit last night with 5GW — possibly Russian intel looking to discredit a Ukrainian politician. Looking to game me. But naturally I immediately gamed back.
Given UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham saying: "British-made drones were used by the Ukrainians against targets in Russia."
