Doc here. I did some Remote Viewing to assess the situation with Harrison. I see that the woman is Latino and is involved in dark arts. Not quite Santeria, although she has connections with it. I see it as Palo Mayombe. That's very hardcore. It involves digging up bones in graveyards, putting them in a cauldron, and enslaving the spirit to do your will.
She's highly manipulative. A madam come pimp basically. She set up the infrastructure for a webcam business and has a number of males, like Harrison, in her thrall.
She recruits them. And does have sex with them, usually once. This is ritualistic and very frightening domination sex. She uses a knife as part of this sexual act and takes the blood of her victims... later using it with her cauldron of bones (and enslaved spirit) to totally control them... mesmerizes them. This happened to Harrison. He doesn't love her; he's trapped by her.
I see she has an aunt or best friend involved too. A little older than her, I think.
Both are harsh and cruel. They have no mercy in their hearts. It's money and only money; they don't care what they do to get it.
Bottom line: We're dealing with very hardcore magick and psy-ops here... and we would need to up the ante hugely to defeat these people and pull Harrison out of the horrifying, dark mire he is trapped in.

No surprise here. To defeat this magick, I'd need to call upon Mr Charteris, as you know, featured in my Doktor Snake's Voodoo Spellbook (St. Martins Press), new edition. To do this I'll go to the Gogmagog Hills, a sprawling ancient landscape south of Cambridge in the UK, only about forty minutes from me.

Anyway, once I get to the Gogmagog Hills I'll be heading over to the "Wandlebury Ring"... an ancient Bronze Age earthwork... a place of the dead, where the Western Roads converge on the spiritual plane.
I'll get you connected via video link... we'll zone out into visionary trance, travel the etheric plane to a very dangerous place... where you find the real "shadow people" (you're no stranger to them, doubt you want to go back there)... one of them calls itself Mr. Charteris... truly terrifying and merciless, certainly unrelated to mammalian humans, whether alive or in spirit. But I doubt the humans have long before the Great Termination that I was informed about when in that pretty weird meeting in St. James.
Anyway, we'd be able to make a deal with Mr. Charteris to "help our dear friend in dire need." It's not exactly easy; takes ages and is fraught with risk, as you well know. But Mr. Charteris can bring the "nuclear strike" power needed to defeat this pimp woman and her sister's magick... it's actually a kind of dark cult they are operating with a lot higher reach than you might think, establishment and deep state elements way above it. So this would hit this small unit hard; they'd be seriously destabilized and taken down over time. Their operation will fall, which, as I say, is just a small element in the bigger operation.
