MILO: Hello Dok, I wanted to ask you about meditation. As you know, I’ve practised it for more than 20 years, but I’m curious about how you do it?
DOK: As you know, I practise meditation throughout waking hours as my default position — call it moving meditation, rather than sitting immobile on a mat for an hour each day. That involves stopping internal dialogue and self-observation.
But I also do specific forms of meditation.
The basis of which is the “Shell in the Ghost” method, which is a touch unusual.
So I’ll explain the background of it first.
