We’re in an AI race, not just in terms of productivity and business, and addressing social issues... but also with defence — that’s the big thing. We’ll all be talking Mandarin if we don’t keep up. I don’t want that. I’d sooner invest US-side.

DOK: With China there’s a Black Swan. It’s not so much an “arms-race” with AI for them. It’s more that the West doesn’t have what I call conscious awareness — that is the regulation of internal dialogue and emotions.

It’s not in Western Culture.
But it’s ingrained in Chinese culture.

That’s what you should be looking at.
