I deal in forbidden fire.
People come to me when the polite world fails them —
when priests, gurus, and therapists can’t reach that black place behind the eyes where desire, fear, and hunger live.
They come whispering, half-ashamed,
wanting what they’re not supposed to want.
Power. Influence. Control. Revenge.
Love that burns rather than soothes.
I don’t judge them.
I never have.
I was born without that gene.
The shadow is part of the human engine.
Deny it, and it drives you from underneath.
Face it, and you can steer your own life.
That’s the essence of my work:
taking the forbidden, the taboo, and turning it into transformation.
I sell spells, pacts, and workings
because that’s the language people understand.
They might be buying magick.
But what they’re really buying is themselves —
the hidden part that’s been locked up
since the world taught them to be tame.
Ritual is theatre of the soul.
It’s psychology wrapped in smoke and symbol.
You perform the myth until the myth performs you.
That’s how change happens — the outer act shifts the inner code.
When I play Doktor Snake —
the Devil, the trickster, the man at the crossroads —
I’m not pretending.
I’m holding up a mirror.
People tell the Devil the truth
because he doesn’t preach.
They confess their wants, their sins, their rage —
and somewhere in that exchange, they find clarity.
So yes, I deal in the dark,
but I work for the light —
though I’d never call it that.
I’d call it awareness.
Awareness is the only virtue that matters.
Morality shifts with the age.
Empires rise and fall.
But awareness — self-knowledge, self-command, self-creation —
that’s eternal.
The Church has its sermons.
The State has its slogans.
I have my rites.
The difference is honesty.
Everything I do — the magick, the myth, the swagger —
serves one purpose: to wake people up.
To make them realise that the god they pray to,
the demon they fear,
and the power they crave
are all parts of the same organism: themselves.
That’s the secret behind the smoke and mirrors.
That’s the real pact.
So I’ll go on selling spells and telling stories.
I’ll keep my place between the cathedral and the circus,
halfway between philosophy and showmanship.
Because sometimes the only way to heal a soul
is to tempt it first.
And that, my friend,
is The Doktor Snake Doctrine.
From the journals of Doktor Snake — field notes from the crossroads.
Writer. Occult philosopher. Trickster of the digital age. I deal in mind tools, myth, and magick — the practical alchemy of modern life. Sometimes the Devil speaks, sometimes the mirror does. Either way, the truth gets told.
