Seated across from Doktor Snake was his informant, a distinguished man in his 70s with an air of wisdom and intrigue about him. On top of this, before retirement, he had held top positions in the British civil service. Their meeting was shrouded in secrecy, as if the tearoom itself held the hidden truths of the world.
"You know," the informant began, his voice carrying a weight of revelation, "there are secretive groups of vampires lurking in the shadows, linked to the globalist cabal, or ruling overlords, who have pretty much taken control of all governments around the world. These nightlanders, basically mercenaries for the globalists, are targeting individuals with psychic abilities, draining them of their life force, their prana."
Doktor Snake leaned in, his eyes narrowing with both intrigue and concern. "Why target psychics?" he inquired, his curiosity piqued.
The informant's gaze met Doktor Snake's, a gaze that seemed to hold a wealth of knowledge and a touch of weariness.
"Psychics pose a threat to the globalist cabal. Their abilities have the potential to disrupt their plans, to see through the veils they've woven. These vampires aim to control them, to use their PSI power to further their own agenda."
"But what's the purpose of draining prana, other than feeding?" Doktor Snake pressed, his mind working to piece together the puzzle.
"As you well know, Prana is life force, known also as Orgone or Chi, that sustains us all," the informant explained. "By draining it, they weaken the psychic's abilities and manipulate them to serve their dark purpose. If the psychics resist, the attacks intensify, leaving them vulnerable and disoriented. Then perhaps they will throw in their lot with these dark forces, simply because they have no other choice."
Doktor Snake's brow furrowed. "How can they stand against such a malevolent force?"
The informant's eyes held a mix of gravity and resolve. "You are well aware there are good and bad vampire colonies on Earth. Those of the Nosferatu ancestral line, such as you, have a certain code of ethics. You recognize the need for balance, for coexistence. But these other vampire colonies, they lack ethics entirely."
The informant's words hung in the air, carrying the weight of the revelation. Doktor Snake's mind whirred as he processed the information. "What can be done?" he asked.
"We must protect these psychics and get them working for us," the informant replied, his tone resolute. "And that's where you come in. You can erect psychic shields, safeguarding them from the prana eaters. But we must avoid an all-out war. A clash between good and bad nightlanders could have catastrophic consequences."
Doktor Snake nodded, absorbing the gravity of the situation. "And the globalist cabal?" he queried.
The informant's eyes gleamed with a glint of mischief and defiance. "Direct action. Use your PSI power and astral travel, along with remote viewing, to infiltrate their inner circles. Disrupt their malignant plans from within."
As the conversation continued, the tearoom seemed to hold its breath, as if it were privy to the unfolding drama. The wind outside whispered secrets of the past, and the sun's dying rays painted the room with a hue of impenetrable mystery.
