On the atomic/material plane neither past nor future exists - the past is stored in memory (not necessarily accurately) and the future is potentiality, given probabilities vying to manifest. But enter the plasma (or astral) realm and you step out of time… and you can see the probability stream, the potential futures taking on form or fading - all dependent on the current zeitgeist of the populace on the material plane… even one individual mind - through a “black swan” event - can change the course of developing futures…
