Back then I found that some would say things like “Self says… [whatever]” and they were referring to self-talk, or internal dialogue.
So they didn't necessarily or wholly see the thinking part of the mind as them. Very interesting.

This article reads like a documentary. Feels like each line like cut scene. Many lessons contained in this. Not to mention the content is intriguing.
