Below link is the 4Chan archive with the purported intelligence agent talking about human mutilations by non-human intelligence. Bear in mind he is anonymous, so could have been making it up… though there’s a fair few similar stories cropping up - and also Ingo Swann was brought in by some highly covert intelligence agency to do remote viewing, and he had first hand experience with them of a UFO apparently opening fire.
